Jensen Building Ltd. was been engaged as Construction Managers for the Fairview Apartment Project at County Road 8 (at James Street) in Napanee, ON.

667 Cataraqui Woods Drive, Kingston

Jensen Building Ltd. was contracted by Clermont Investments Inc. to undertake Improvements to 667 Cataraqui Woods Dr. in Kingston on its behalf for a government tenant.

126 Vanluven Road, Napanee

We have been contracted by a medical products provider, as Construction Managers, to renovate and add on to a 10,000 square foot industrial facility at 126 Vanluven Road in Napanee.

Shoppers Drug Mart & Residential Condominiums

Jensen was selected as General Contractor for a Project in Downtown Kingston involving the conversion of a former Zeller’s department store into a Shoppers Drug Mart and other retail, coupled with a renovation and addition of upper floors to accommodate eighteen (18) new residential units.

Empire Theatre

Jensen Building Ltd. was selected the General Contractor for the renovation project of the former McCarthy Theatre in downtown Belleville. Consisting of an original building of approximately 25,000 sq. ft. together with a new addition of approximately 6,000 sq. ft, the doors of the 700 seat theatre opened in twelve months after construction commenced.
